Anyone who has got this far knows Bounty: nobody survives pregnancy without having received that bag (or in our case, two or even three bags) of helpful advice and free samples.

But once the child is born and growing up, they can continue to be helpful: their discussion groups and advice lines remain relevant throughout the preschool years, and it is always useful to read opinions out there that are sometimes very far removed from your own.

Twins and Multiple Births Association

As well as offering support to the network of twins and triplets clubs around the country, TAMBA also offer a support helpline, staffed by friendly mums who have experienced the challenges of bringing up twins, and have given up their time to offer support to others who may not at that moment feel so much in control of their children as they might.

As well as the dedicated support helpline, TAMBA also run courses on various aspects of parenting, and making the most of the opportunities that having twins or triplets will bring you.
